Emergencies
If you are confronted by a serious
problem such as severe chest pain or severe bleeding call an ambulance (tel: 999) before calling
the surgery.
Minor
Ailments Scheme
The practice participates
in the Minor Ailments Scheme. If you do not pay for your prescription you could
be seen by a participating pharmacist rather than your GP. Please ask at reception
for details of the ailments covered.
Patients Acting Violently Or Abusively
Any patient who physically
or verbally abuses any member of the practice staff will immediately be removed
from the practice list. Thereafter, if that patient needs to see a GP they will
have to attend The Quays in Myton Street, Hull. That practice has been specifically
contracted by East Yorkshire Primary Care Trust to deal with violent patients.
Freedom Of Information - Publication Scheme
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a
Publication Scheme. A Publication Scheme is a guide to the 'classes' of
information the practice intends to routinely make available.
